3. Pricing & Tax Policy

All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). While Routein aims for "All-In" transparency, standard sales taxes are calculated based on the delivery location during checkout unless otherwise stated. Routein Foods Inc. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. 

4. Correction of Errors

Routein Foods Inc. strives for precision. However, information on our Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and modify information at any time, even after an order has been placed.

5. 60-Day Satisfaction & Return Policy

At Routein, your digestive comfort and satisfaction are our priorities.

  • 60-Day Window: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • Original Packaging: Please do not discard the original product pouch (sachet or bulk). To ensure quality control, we require the lot number and expiration date found on the bag for all returns.

  • Routein.ca Purchases: This policy only applies to purchases made directly through our Shopify store. For Amazon Canada orders, please follow Amazon’s internal return and fulfillment support policies.

  • Exchanges: Opened bags may be exchanged for a different flavor (Chocolate, Matcha, or Strawberry) subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders of $80.00 or more (before taxes) qualify for free shipping across most Canadian provinces.

  • Standard Rates: For orders below the threshold, flat-rate shipping will be calculated at checkout based on regional costs.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot modify the delivery address.

9. Health Liability Waiver

The information provided by Routein Foods Inc. and its affiliates has been reviewed for compliance, yet it is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. By using this Website, you consent that these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Judicial District of York (Toronto/Richmond Hill).
